We went for a day trip to Yokohama which is located less than 30 mins outside Tokyo by train.
Yokohama grew from a small fishing village into one of Japan’s major cities.
Waffles again. I like the earl grey waffle. These days, I’m either looking for earl grey or matcha flavoured anythinggg lepas balik Jepun…
We first walked around Minato Mirai 21, this place reminds me of our Marina Bay here in SG. You know, where we have the Ferris wheel, Esplanade, view of the high rise office buildings at Marina Boulevard and all…
The only time we snap a photo of just the two of us is when si kecik tu tido. These days, its always one of us with her or just her alone. Lol…
Then we travelled to Shin-Yokohama to visit the Ramen Museum. The concept behind the museum was a one-stop place to enjoy the flavors of the ramen noodle dish from renowned shops across Japan.
The ramen shops on the basement floors are street-scape replicas back from the year in 1958, Japan.
That was the year the world’s first instant ramen was invented.
We ate at Casa Luca; one of the several ramen shops that serve vegetarian ramen.
Walked around the museum feeling-feeling ol’ school Japan before ending our day.
